By signing up for an Another Level Medispa Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Overview
1.1. Clients pay a fixed monthly fee based on the membership plan chosen.
1.2. Members can access treatments at discounted rates; however, treatments cannot be taken until the cost of the treatment has been fully covered by monthly payments.
2. Payments
2.1. Membership fees are paid monthly via direct debit or recurring card payments.
2.2. Payments must be made on the agreed date each month. Late or failed payments may result in membership suspension.
2.3. Membership discounts are only valid while the membership is active and in good standing.
3. Treatment Access
3.1. Members can only book treatments once the total treatment cost has been covered by their monthly payments.
3.2. Any additional treatments outside the membership plan must be paid for separately.
3.3. VIP package monetary savings will be pro rata and divided by 12 months and can be either be taken every month or accrued for a particular treatment.
4. Missed Appointments
4.1. A charge of £30 will be applied for any missed or no-show appointments, Clients are required to give 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments
4.2. The £30 missed appointment fee must be paid before further appointments can be booked.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Members must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel their membership.
5.2. Any treatments taken at a discounted rate within the last 6 months must be repaid at the full non-discounted price before membership cancellation is finalized.

6. Refunds and Transfers
6.1. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be shared with anyone else.
6.2. Unused membership credits cannot be refunded but may roll over for future use as per the membership terms.
7. Changes to Membership Plans
7.1. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to members.
7.2. Clients may adjust their membership plan by providing 30 days’ written notice and agreeing to the terms of the new plan.
8. Money-Back Guarantee
8.1. As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, clients are entitled to cancel their contract and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing their agreement
8.2. In the event a client selects to commence their treatment immediately and subsequently cancel their agreement within 14 days, then the balance of the treatment less any amount paid will be due immediately.
9. Termination of Membership
9.1. The company reserves the right to terminate memberships for non-compliance with these terms and conditions or failure to pay fees.
9.2. Any outstanding balances for treatments or missed appointments must be cleared upon termination.
10. Liability
10.1. The company is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
10.2. Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time and following post-treatment advice provided by practitioners.
11. Data Protection
11.1. Personal data provided by members will be handled in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy.
