Microdermabrasion 

Microdermabrasion is a minimal invasion procedure to encourage the growth of younger, healthier-looking skin. The process is usually carried out by a therapist trained in the procedure. It is a procedure that is growing in popularity, so here is a little bit about it.

In essence, microdermabrasion is the gentle abasing away of dead facial skin to reveal newer, younger-looking skin. This process vacuums away the dead skin and encourages the growth of newer asking rich in collagen and elasticity that looks healthier and younger.

It is a procedure that has been done for years, predating laser therapy, and one with proven results.  It has a proven history with oily skin, helping to reduce breakouts by unblocking pores. It helps to even out uneven skin tones and reduce minor scarring.

This is not a procedure for everyone. It is not recommended for people with vascular conditions. It is highly recommended for clients who have received this treatment to wear sun protection in the following few days.

Unlike many anti-ageing treatments, this one is minimally painful. In fact, if you experience any pain, ask your technician to lighten their technique.  It is a procedure that can take several treatments for the effects of it to be seen. Stretch marks and hyper pigmentation can be aided with this procedure

This is a non-chemical, non-invasive procedure that uses a spray of micro crystals to remove the outermost layer of dry dead skin cells and reveal younger, healthier-looking skin. Microdermabrasion also encourages the production of a new underlying layer of skin cells with higher levels of collagen and elastin, which further improves the skin’s appearance. This procedure is extremely effective at dealing with oily skin conditions, blocked pores, open pores, dull skin, acneic skin conditions, uneven skin tone, blemishes and fine lines and wrinkles. It is not a treatment recommended for vascular skin conditions. This treatment can be further enhanced by adding the Celluma LED therapy to plump out any fine lines and give the skin a more Radiant glow.
