"Had my first ever luxury manicure, luxury pedicure and full body massage here today. It is warm and welcoming from entry to finish. Staff are very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatments. Absolutely loving my nails! And the massage was extremely relaxing - and helpful to learn that I had very tight muscles in some areas. The masseuse spoke to me about stretching out my muscles before workouts, which was nice to hear she was taking an interest in making me feel better. I enjoyed the whole experience and even though it was my first, I feel I wouldn't need to go anywhere else for future treatments! A very nice added extra was that I was a bit hungry after all that pampering, and on my receipt they gave me 20% off at the cafe downstairs! Brilliant service throughout and couldn't recommend it more! Thank you to all at another level medispa and cafe, it was wonderful!"
